Solomon Page is hiring: Senior Producer in Burbank

An Entertainment and Streaming brand is seeking an experienced producer to lead high-value promotional and commercial shoots for television, digital, and experiential content. This role requires strong production management skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to navigate complex shoots with multiple stakeholders.

Contract Details

• 6+ month contract, high potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE
• Rate: $50-60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of production for promotional, television, digital, music video, or commercial projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and logistics for shoots valued at up to $1M+
• Ensure compliance with guild, union, and minor labor law guidelines
• Coordinate with internal creative teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality assets
• Serve as the primary point of contact on set, managing talent, crew, and client expectations
• Maintain flexibility for weekend shoots and varying schedules as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Producer or Production Manager in promotions, television, digital, or commercial production
• Knowledge of TV, new media, and commercial guild/union agreements
• Understanding of minor work guidelines and labor laws
• Proven ability to manage large-scale productions with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach
• Service or hospitality industry experience a plus

Work Schedule

• Hybrid: 1–2 days/week onsite in Burbank, 1–2 days/week on set at various locations, otherwise remote
• Flexibility for occasional weekend work (approx. once per month)
• Typical hours: 9am–6pm, with adjustments based on production schedules

Assignment Details

• Part of a long-term project engagement; potential for extension up to two years or conversion to full-time staff
