Overview
The Meeting Producer will coordinate with Technical Directors and Account Teams to deliver media, venue, entertainment, presentations, or videos as needed for events. On more complex events, they may assist the Senior Producers. They will oversee quality, timeliness, and budgetary adherence up to $500,000 per event. They will contribute to the Account Executive/Project Manager's initial evaluation of customer requests related to meetings and are responsible for coordinating and assigning production-related, content, and technical elements to various BSG/AbbVie departments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
- Works with AbbVie and external presenters, including HCPs, key opinion leaders, and departmental business owners.
- Provides onsite PowerPoint and/or AV technical support.
- Monitors in-house production staff and outside vendors during execution of meetings.
- Ensures client communication needs are met or exceeded.
- Up to 50% travel required.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Experience: 5–7 years of work experience with a minimum of 4 years in live event production. 3 years of video or design experience preferred.

- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

- This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
