We are seeking a highly organized, solution-oriented, and experienced Senior Producer to oversee and execute high-quality, on-location photo, social, and video shoots across our brands—Loloi Rugs, Joon Loloi, and a portfolio of external partner brands. This role is essential to delivering compelling creative campaigns that elevate brand storytelling and product presentation across all channels.
As Senior Producer, you will be responsible for the full production lifecycle—from scheduling and budgeting to talent booking, vendor coordination, and on-set execution in a collaborative setting. This role also entails managing and developing a small team of Producers while driving operational improvements and workflow efficiencies.
Frequent travel—both in-state and out-of-state—is a core part of this role, with typical travel occurring approximately 1-2x per month, and occasionally more depending on production needs. Candidates must be comfortable coordinating and traveling to shoot locations on a regular basis.
This position requires a poised, resourceful leader who can balance creative vision with logistical execution, remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners, and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for brand and editorial shoots across photography, video, and social, including budgeting, scheduling, booking freelancers and rentals, managing shot lists and call sheets, arranging travel, and tracking samples
- Oversee and advise on shoots led by other producers.
- Mentor production team and foster strong teamwork and communication
- Partner with Merchandising and Product Development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product sample delivery
- Maintain and refine the monthly production calendar, prioritizing deliverables across overlapping timelines and multiple concurrent projects
- Set production plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met, adapting as needed to evolving project requirements and balancing team workloads
- Serve as the primary liaison with freelancers, vendors, and brand partners to align expectations and manage deliverables
- Collaborate with creative and social teams during pre-production to ensure concepts are executable within budget and timeline constraints
- Oversee production-related documentation including talent/property releases, expense records, and content usage guidelines
- Support post-production workflows to ensure assets are delivered accurately and archived appropriately in digital asset management systems
Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements
- 5+ years of experience producing on-location photo and/or video shoots, with at least 2 years in a leadership or client-facing role
- Prior experience within an in-house brand or creative team is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, budget management, and asset tracking
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and proactive tone
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, agile, and solution-focused in dynamic environments
- Proven success managing freelance talent, vendors, and production rentals
- Knowledge of post-production processes, digital asset management, and content delivery standards is a plus
- High emotional intelligence and team leadership capabilities
- Independent critical thinker with a strong sense of initiative
- Collaborative and positive attitude
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly (approximately 2x/month or more) as a consistent requirement of the role
