Why we need you:We’re looking for experienced UX designers to join our team as contractors. This role will work closely with our designers, researchers, developers, and project managers to solve real-world problems for our clients through innovative design solutions. This is a remote role.

- Produce air-tight wireframes, user flows and visual design deliverables on a variety of projects
- Guide our clients through a thoughtful and informed design process, from visual exploration to execution to delivery of UI kits, components, and annotations
- Collaborate, interact, and present to clients in a confident, comfortable, and professional manner
- Communicate cross-departmentally with directors, project managers, and developers to solve challenging problems collaboratively
- 5–7 years of experience in UX or product design with demonstrated use of AI tools in your workflow
- Professional experience with UX design activities, including developing detailed low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for websites and digital products
- A track record of producing UI design deliverables, including visual design exploration, UI kits, and high-fidelity design
- Experience with user research methodologies and the ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design decisions
- Proficiency with AI-powered design tools and understanding of how to integrate AI into the design process
- Motion graphics experience preferred; ability to create animations, micro-interactions, and dynamic visual elements
- Experience with information architecture, including site maps and user flows
- Comfort with presenting work to internal stakeholders and clients; ability to rationalize design decisions using both intuition and data
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design thinking
