Responsibilities
Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, including feedback, to support development, training, and coaching conversations and ensure assigned trainings are completed on time.
Assist with customer-related issues that positively impact the customer’s experience with the T-Mobile brand and expectations.
Own store success and take ownership of employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
Support operational excellence by observing every store function, monitoring sales and inventory, managing sales tracking and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
Seek to hire store employees who are passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships and who are excited about the T-Mobile brand and digital technology.
Support your team through development, training, mentoring, and coaching to drive behaviors that win customers’ hearts and store employee success.
Lead by example, staying up to date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource to your team.
Foster an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
Responsible for overall productivity and store results. Drive operational efficiencies, protect store assets, and manage store expenses; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Invest in your team’s success through personalized performance management and recognition of achievements.
Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined, monthly performance targets.
Meet or exceed the store’s sales goals.
The experience you’ll bring
2 years wireless retail experience, with high-volume experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Requirements
2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required)
2-4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required)
At least 18 years of age
