About The Role We are hiring a Head of Marketing based in our New York office. In this role, you will be critical in leading an all-star Marketing team (Google Marketing Live’s 2022 Featured Firm) to the next level. The role involves planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital performance channels (including paid search, affiliates, display, and paid social) while overseeing the execution and tracking of CRM initiatives.

Education and Experience
BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably with demand generation (Direct Mail, SEM, Paid Social).
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with email marketing and campaign management tools.
Previous experience with digital agencies, startups, or related companies.
Prior experience in finance or tech is a plus.
Salary range: $180,000 to $230,000, depending on experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education.
