You will be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness. Objectives of the role:

- Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliate partners that align with the companys target audience and brand values. - Negotiating and managing affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms and incentives. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials. - Monitoring and optimising affiliate campaigns to maximise performance, ROI and conversion rates. - Providing regular reporting and analysis on affiliate program performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.

Your Task:

- Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through outreach, networking and relationship building. - Negotiate and finalise affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, training and resources as needed. - Monitor affiliate activity, performance and compliance with program guidelines. Analyse affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities and other areas. - Optimise affiliate campaigns through A/B testing, creative optimisation and targeting strategies. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on affiliate program performance and key metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required skills and qualifications:

- 2+ years of demonstrable experience as an affiliate marketer. - Know about sales proyection - Monthly strategies - Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies and best practices. - Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, networks and tracking tools. Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing channels. - Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and related KPIs.
