Summary/Objective Reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Strategist oversees all aspects of digital marketing, content creation, and the Elite Dental Alliance website, with the goal of building brand awareness, increasing current member engagement and growing new members. Essential Functions Develop, write, and edit compelling content for digital channels including the website, social media, emails, and blogsDesign and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generationOversee and manage relationships with the marketing agency; ensure timely delivery and quality of outsourced marketing servicesMaintain, update, and optimize the company website for user experience, SEO, and content freshnessAct as the primary point of contact for the Cain Watters and Associates marketing team; coordinate joint initiatives and marketing effortsTrack, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, recommending optimizations where neededEnsure that all digital content aligns with ELITE Dental Alliance's brand voice, standards, and guidelinesResponsibilities & Duties Write, edit, and publish engaging content for the website, emails, social media, and blogsDevelop marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, and digital adsUpdate website content and images to ensure current informationPerform basic website maintenance and coordinate with developers for enhancementsMonitor website analytics and optimize SEOCommunicate with the marketing agency on ongoing campaigns and deliverablesReview and approve agency-created content and reportsTrack agency performance and ensure deadlines are metAct as the main point of contact for collaborative marketing initiativesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platformsMonitor campaigns, make real-time adjustments, and report on resultsEngage with the online community by responding to comments and messagesAnalyze performance metrics and prepare reports with insights for improvementsEnsure digital materials align with brand guidelines and toneStay updated on industry trends and explore new tools to expand brand reachThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of essential functions or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Essential functions and responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated content and copywriting skillsStrong portfolio of written content across multiple digital channels; must submit a writing sample(s)Experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies and vendor partnersProven experience managing and updating websites (experience with CMS platforms required)Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze marketing data and develop actionable insightsFamiliarity with dental industry marketing is a plusTravel This position may require travel to attend events, gather content, or support in-person campaigns. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Position Type & Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work schedule, subject to management approval. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some flexibility in hours allowed based on management's discretion.
