COMMUNITY MANAGER
Experienced Community Manager – Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $80,000 plus bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of community.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor and develop staff.
- Oversee leasing activities and ensure community is compliant with local and fair housing laws.
- Manage collection of rent and meet company delinquency expectations.
- Strive for maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates.
- Prepare budgets and meet NOI expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service, assist residents with concerns and complaints.
- Oversee maintenance team and overall condition of community.
- Walk units and conduct inspections.
- Comply with fair housing laws and company policies.
- Meet all reporting deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- College degree preferred, not required.
- 2+ years of multifamily residential property management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role.
- Yardi experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, pleasant demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Problem solving, project management and analytical skills required.
- Reliable transportation.
