Salary:

Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing our websites, social media platforms, crafting compelling brand narratives, analyzing marketing data to drive decisions, and creating engaging newsletters, flyers, printables, and company swag to support our marketing goals.



Primary Duties:

  1. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and others
  2. Manage daily social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to grow brand awareness and audience interaction
  3. Develop and publish engaging blog content aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices
  4. Maintain company websites including regular content updates and edits
  5. Maintain and update the company SharePoint site to ensure accurate, organized, and accessible internal resources.
  6. Design and produce newsletters, flyers, printables and other marketing collateral using tools like Canva and Constant Contact
  7. Coordinate the creation and distribution of company swag and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility
  8. Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including the development of both internal and external newsletters to inform, engage, and grow target audiences
  9. Assist with development and management of theme weeks including but not limited to OSHA Safe and Sound Week, Customer Service Appreciation Week, Compliance Week
  10. Analyze marketing performance metrics, social media analytics, and campaign results to optimize marketing efforts and report insights regularly
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, social media innovations, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts cutting edge
  12. Answer routine incoming phone calls

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred
  2. 2+ years of experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on social media and brand strategy
  3. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  4. Strong graphic design skills and experience creating print and digital marketing materials
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  7. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  8. Experience managing promotional merchandise or company swag is a plus.
