Do you thrive on bringing ideas to life, supporting campaigns, and making sure every message hits the mark? We’re looking for a PR & Campaigns Assistant to join our New York office. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to grow their career in public relations and campaign management.

📍 Please note: This is a strictly on-site position in New York City. Remote or hybrid work is not available.


What You’ll Do

As our PR & Campaigns Assistant, you’ll help drive the visibility and impact of our brand through dynamic communication and campaign initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Support – Assisting with the planning, rollout, and tracking of PR and marketing campaigns.

  • Media & Content Creation – Drafting press releases, media pitches, social posts, newsletters, and other campaign materials.

  • Event & Activation Support – Coordinating PR and campaign-related materials for events, from invitations to press kits to post-event reports.

  • Brand & Messaging Consistency – Ensuring all campaign communications align with our voice, tone, and visual identity.

  • Project Coordination – Tracking deliverables, monitoring timelines, and compiling reports to measure campaign success.

  • Team Collaboration – Working closely with PR, marketing, and leadership teams to amplify our campaigns and strengthen brand presence.

  • On-Site Engagement – Supporting live events, press functions, and campaign activations.


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a passion for media, branding, and storytelling. We’re seeking someone with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several projects at once.

  • Previous experience or internship in PR, campaigns, events, or marketing is a plus.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
