VP, Consumer Channels Job Description The Executive Director of the REMAX Media Network (RMN) plays a key role in designing and scaling modern commerce media advertising opportunities and workflows that power measurable outcomes and connect critical systems. In this role, you’ll turn first-party data and high-intent traffic into performance media and partnership revenue across online, in-app, in-brokerage, and offsite channels. You will collaborate closely with ad operations, sales, engineers, analysts and platform teams to ensure data consistency, privacy, reliability, and performance. In this role, you’ll help build and evolve an advertising platform that supports decision-making at scale and integrates systems across the business. This is an important senior role directing a cross-functional team that meets and exceeds revenue targets. Successful candidates bring superior technical and digital advertising experience, as well as curiosity and a hands-on approach to learning new technologies quickly and always adapting to an ever-changing environment. Essential Duties Strategy and P&L Own revenue, margin, and forecasting. Manage the pipeline and budgeting. Create a rolling three-year strategy, business case, and pricing for media and data products. Define inventory strategies for onsite, in-app, in-brokerage and offsite media. Monetization and Go-to-Market Build packaging, rate cards, and sales playbooks. Lead enterprise sales with agencies that attract the right brands to REMAX to enhance the customer experience. Launch test-and-learn pilots and scale proven programs. Product, Data, and Measurement Set the roadmap for ad products, audiences, APIs, and attribution. Activate first-party data with privacy-safe tools and clean rooms. Establish measurement that ties spend to outcomes like ROAS, incremental sales, and lift for advertisers and REMAX. Campaign Operations and Client Success Stand up an Advertising Operations function to plan, traffic, QA, optimize, and report campaigns. Serve as executive sponsor for top accounts while coordinating effective pipeline and results with agency partners. Create SLAs and playbooks. Monitor pacing and performance and drive ROI improvements. Partnerships and Ecosystem Select and manage DSP, SSP, ad server, identity, and measurement partners. Expand offsite media through partner inventory and data collaboration. Negotiate commercial terms that protect margins and data rights. Leadership Align marketing, legal, data privacy, security, product, engineering and finance. Educate executives and cross-functional teams on commerce media opportunities and results. Qualifications 10+ years in digital advertising, retail or commerce media. Proven record building or scaling an ad or commerce media business with clear P&L impact. Deep ad tech and data knowledge: ad server, DSP, SSP, CDP, identity, clean rooms, attribution, MMM, incrementality. Hands-on with ad operations, trafficking, optimization, QA, and reporting. Strong financial acumen. Able to set pricing, model ROI, and manage budgets. Comfortable with product roadmaps and working with engineering and data science. Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics for executives and clients. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Hire Range/Rate: $170,000 to $200,000 Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
