The Head of Marketing and Sales for the United States is a pivotal leadership role tasked with driving revenue growth, strengthening brand leadership, and expanding Caystard Group’s market presence across the US. This position oversees the development of integrated marketing and sales strategies, leads dynamic teams, and cultivates high-value client relationships to position Caystard Group as the go-to partner for digital transformation. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to meet aggressive revenue goals and establish Caystard Group as a market leader in the US. Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with C-suite executives in healthcare, banking, and e-commerce, delivering solutions that address complex business challenges. Revenue Growth: Oversee lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and the closure of multimillion-dollar deals for software, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity solutions. Market Intelligence: Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market approaches. Brand Positioning: Direct the development of high-impact marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and digital strategies to enhance Caystard Group’s brand visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and market trends. Industry Representation: Represent Caystard Group at premier events, such as CES, Dreamforce, or industry conferences, to drive brand recognition and thought leadership. Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs for marketing and sales performance, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives. Requirements
2–5 years of progressive experience in marketing and sales, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within IT consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors. Proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and establishing brand leadership in healthcare, banking, or e-commerce markets. Deep expertise in B2B marketing, including demand generation, ABM (account-based marketing), and digital transformation campaigns. Demonstrated success in leading complex, high-value sales cycles with enterprise clients. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot). Comprehensive understanding of US market dynamics, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS), and enterprise client expectations. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
