Dallas Trinity FC
is the first-ever Division I professional women’s soccer team in North Texas. After making history in our inaugural 2024 season, we’re entering year two with momentum, purpose, and a clear vision.
We’re seeking a creative, energetic, and passionate Social Media & Content Strategist Senior Manager to join our team and help craft brand stories that reflects our club’s strength and style.
About the Role This role is central to how we show up and connect to our fans, players, and partners. You’ll lead content ideation and creation, drive digital engagement, track trends, and support the club’s overall brand strategy.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to produce content that connects with fans, elevates our players, and brings our mission to life — both online and in the community.
Responsibilities
Create and publish content across multiple platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X)
Capture and edit short-form video and behind-the-scenes content from matches, training, and events
Attend and capture content to create short-form and behind the scenes videos and other assets from matches, training, and other Dallas Trinity FC events
Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend how Dallas Trinity FC can innovate
Monitor social channels and engage with fans through comments, DMs, and tagged content
Develop and maintain the social content calendar
Support marketing and cross-department initiatives with digital assets
Help track and report performance metrics and campaign results
Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all content
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in social media and digital content
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), CapCut, or similar tools
Experience creating and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Organized and reliable, with experience using tools like Later, Sprout, or Hootsuite
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as needed
Strong passion for storytelling, creativity, and sports culture
Portfolio or examples of previous content work (required)
Comfortable collaborating with and providing direction to photographers, videographers, and creative teams
Preferred but Not Required
Experience working in sports, live events, or with athletes
Photography or video production experience
Familiarity with women’s soccer or the Gainbridge Super League
