Join a dynamic Marketing Operations team supporting some of the most recognized entertainment brands. As an Associate Producer (Post Producer), you will be responsible for finishing promotional assets across multiple networks, overseeing a busy daily workload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of finishing marketing videos from asset receipt through final delivery Coordinate color correction, titling, narration, mix sessions, QC/fixes Develop and maintain strong relationships with creative and production teams Communicate with post-production, creative teams, vendors, and executives to ensure timely delivery of content Order/reconcile graphics and ensure timely delivery of elements Assign/distribute workload to finishing teams based on priorities and deadlines Track/document production progress and troubleshoot issues as needed Coordinate and participate in voiceover sessions; update scripts as required Sync video and audio to create final assets Conduct final QC for creative vision, brand standards, audio quality, and graphic accuracy Obtain final creative sign-off and suggest workflow improvements Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Marketing Post Production or Content Post Production (experience with marketing teams/streaming services a plus); Proficient with Mac systems; Detailed knowledge of post-production process including color grading, online editing, visual effects, titling, mixing; Understanding of media types, file formats, EDLs, and delivery specifications; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications:
Some offline editing knowledge; Experience with Adobe Premiere or Apple Final Cut Pro Must be flexible to work day, mid or night shifts. Shifts are assigned a month in advance in two week increments. Each shift will last two weeks then alternate.
