Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and workflow of graphics, print, color, and packaging for exclusive brand collaborations rooted in streetwear and music culture.

Create innovative graphic concepts that resonate with trend-savvy consumers.

Collaborate closely with key partner stakeholders to develop design workflow strategies that keep projects fresh and ahead of market trends.

Review and refine designs based on feedback from marketing, product development, and cultural insights teams.

Ensure all designs meet production specifications while maintaining creative integrity.

Stay ahead of evolving streetwear, music, and multicultural trends to continually inspire fresh design directions.

Support seasonal collection launches by delivering timely, trend-aligned design assets.

Maintain organized digital libraries for efficient collaboration across teams.

Requirements

Must be based in Portland, OR to collaborate onsite effectively.

A minimum of approximately 4-5 years of relevant experience preferred; however, exceptional portfolios showcasing trend-savvy streetwear design can outweigh years of experience.

A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in streetwear aesthetics, music-inspired graphics, and multicultural themes is essential.
