Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven
Senior Manager, Field Marketing
to lead our field marketing efforts across our Americas region. This high-impact role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated, regionally tailored marketing strategies that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. You will act as a critical bridge between sales, marketing, prospects, and customers—ensuring alignment across teams and delivering measurable business impact in the diverse North American market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies that address the unique market dynamics of the Americas region.
Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and pipeline and revenue objectives.
Plan and deliver a balanced mix of regional campaigns, industry in-person and virtual events, digital demand programs, and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts.
Own and track full-funnel marketing performance, including lead generation, pipeline creation, account engagement, and retention programs for the region.
Represent the voice of the Americas market within the global marketing organization—advocating for local priorities, influencing strategy, and ensuring messaging and content resonate regionally.
Manage Americas regional marketing budgets, measure program performance, and optimize the channel mix for maximum ROI.
Establish field marketing and ABM playbooks and best practices.
Qualifications
8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing, regional demand generation, and/or ABM.
Experience in SaaS marketing within the following industries is strongly preferred: Energy (Oil & Gas, Nuclear), Industrial & Manufacturing, and Natural Resources.
Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams, global marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
