About the Job We’re seeking an Investor Relations and Marketing professional to help the firm support the needs of its existing clients and to help drive marketing initiatives for prospective clients. The key functions for the role will be in the Investor Relations department and assisting with firm-wide marketing initiatives. Regan intends to grow the business in the next three years to manage $5+ billion in assets. Job Duties The day-to-day role will vary depending on the business needs; initial duties are as follows:
Assist the Investor Relations team with investor on-boarding, facilitating documents, handling questions or requests from investors, and helping to facilitate responses with members of the team.
Assist with certain aspects of the firm’s marketing process, including maintaining databases, marketing materials and social media efforts.
Participate in setting up and running marketing campaigns and maintaining client lists within the CRM (Salesforce).
Assist with the generation of new client leads, utilizing industry databases, social media and assisting with corporate events.
Support our digital marketing efforts, including maintaining our website and communicating updates, utilizing video content and social media.
Assist the Investor Relations team and the firm’s COO with firmwide strategic initiatives, execution of projects, and ensuring marketing efforts adhere to regulatory requirements.
Help manage our website to ensure accuracy and best practice disclosure.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including support in preparation of our investor letters, conference calls and investor presentations.
Collaborate with teams to gather data for investor reports, compliance, and performance metrics.
Qualifications / Requirements
Some industry experience (Investment Management, Banking, Wealth Management, prior Investor Relations experience at a Hedge Fund or Private Equity firm) is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and Tableau is a plus.
Experience with digital/social media marketing is a plus.
Excellent follow-up skills, including ability to track and respond to requests in a timely manner, accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-starter, highly efficient, motivated, and willing to take ownership and help drive initiatives forward.
Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, seeking a career where they can develop and grow the role and take their career further.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
