What You'll Do

Design intuitive user flows across homepage, collection pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features, A/B tests, and campaigns

Champion mobile-first design and consistency across devices

Collaborate with eComm, growth, and dev teams to identify friction and boost performance

Analyze behavioral data (heatmaps, scroll depth) and customer feedback for UX insights

Partner with developers to ensure QA and implementation fidelity

Design and evolve landing page templates to support product storytelling and commerce

Build and maintain a scalable UX/UI design system for jackarcher.com

Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, and interaction design

Stay current on UX/UI trends, especially in DTC and mobile commerce

What You Have

5+ years of UX or product design experience, ideally in eComm or DTC

Portfolio with high-impact UX work and measurable results

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and web best practices

Understanding of front-end development and dev collaboration

Bonus: Experience with Shopify, headless CMS, GA4, or Hotjar
