About the Position The
Manager, Paid Social Media
will lead paid strategies that grow our clients’ and agency’s online presence, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, including campaign creation and management, analytics, and team leadership.
This position will collaborate with Programmatic, Paid Search, SEO, Account Services, and Creative teams, reporting to the
Director of Paid Digital .
Responsibilities
Manage a team of Social Media Associates to ensure high-quality execution and professional growth
Executing paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and ideally additional platforms such as X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat
Develop and execute paid social strategies that increase brand reach, engagement, and conversions
Define and track KPIs (CTR, ROAS, cost per lead, engagement rate), delivering clear performance reports and insights
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration to maximize ROI
Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and Client Partnerships to deliver integrated, data-informed campaigns
Facilitate the creation of video, copy, and visual assets optimized for platform algorithms and audience behaviors
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns with proven results in improving KPIs such as CTR, engagement rate, ROAS, and CPL; organic social media management experience is a plus
Management or supervisor experience is preferred
Experience working with paid social channels including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, bonus points for X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into measurable optimizations that drive growth
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization to maximize ROI
Skilled in content strategy and developing assets informed by performance metrics (video, copy, photography)
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills with a history of supporting account growth
