Join Natera as a Sr Area Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of our molecular residual disease (MRD) test Signatera for oncology healthcare providers. Contribute to the growth of our oncology product suite, including Altera and Empower, which transform cancer care and advance precision medicine. Reporting to the Director of Oncology Marketing, you will oversee marketing efforts in a designated region to engage providers in peer-to-peer discussions about MRD in oncology practice and in regional cancer centers. Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate Across Teams and with KOLs: Partner with Medical Affairs and Sales to develop and execute peer-to-peer programs and build educational tools; develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Customize Education: Identify effective channels to reach medical oncologists and surgeons and adapt national campaign messages. Support Regional Events: Assist in content development for regional HCP programs, tumor boards, and congresses; manage timelines and budgets. Analyze and Report Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitive data, and market trends to refine marketing strategies; track effectiveness of regional campaigns. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (B.A. or B.S.); advanced degree (MBA, M.S.) preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs, or strategic consulting. Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics is required. Oncology experience strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High integrity and strong interpersonal skills; excellent project management and attention to detail; ability to synthesize clinical information and develop concise, impactful promotional materials; strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset to lead cross-functional teams; analytical/problem-solving mindset; familiarity with digital marketing channels and field marketing tactics; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms like Salesforce. Compensation
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. Remote USA $134,400 - $190,950 USD Our Opportunity
