Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare company within the medical products and services sector. They are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to drive strategy, customer engagement, and growth initiatives. This is a
hybrid role, based in Manhattan
(3 days per week in-office). Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr The Role
As VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across multiple customer segments. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in
customer lifecycle marketing ,
drip campaigns , and
segmentation , with proven success in driving share-of-wallet, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Key priorities
Developing and executing growth strategies across new and existing markets. Designing and implementing segmented customer journeys (onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, retention). Building brand awareness and value proposition in competitive healthcare markets. Partnering with product and commercial teams to launch new offerings and support go-to-market initiatives. Supporting sales enablement with compelling messaging, content, and tools. Representing the organisation at industry events and building strong external partnerships. Key Requirements
10+ years in marketing leadership, with experience across
healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or related sectors . Track record in
customer segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, CRM/automation , and data-driven marketing. Experience with
multi-product portfolios
and subscription or recurring-revenue business models is strongly preferred. Strong background in
brand management, PR, and event marketing . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence. Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred. Whats on Offer
