Position Overview The

Creative Marketing Manager

is responsible for the overall supervision, direction, and monitoring of all creative marketing activities at Verda Healthcare, Inc. and its subsidiaries. This role plans, executes, and manages the annual digital marketing plan to drive market share retention and growth, and oversees branding initiatives to maintain visual and messaging consistency for a compelling brand identity. This person will lead the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to align with organizational goals, strengthen brand recognition, and expand Verda Healthcare’s online presence. The role includes ownership of digital and social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), strategy, content development, and performance tracking to engage key audiences and the community. The Creative Marketing Manager will leverage knowledge of Medicare regulations (CMS guidelines) to translate market insights into compliant marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent education required; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in managed healthcare marketing including Medicare or Medi-Cal, and commercial marketing management.

Minimum of three (5) years of managed health care managerial experience.

Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, including CMS guidelines.

Strong ability to translate market insights and business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task as well as the ability to make articulate presentations in a public forum.

Salary: $99,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Full-time onsite (100% in-office)

Hours of operation: 9am – 6pm

Standard business hours Monday to Friday; weekends as needed

Physical Demands Regularly sit/walk at a workstation in an office or cubicle setting. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds.
