Assist with coordination and production of proposals, qualifications and presentations Create and disseminate marketing collateral, e.g., brochures, presentations, newsletters, etc. Create and update resumes, project sheets, boilerplate and other information, as required Coordinate project marketing including signage and events Manage client database including contacts, marketing lists and reports Track and manage sponsorships in partnership with business development team including ads, giveaways and booth design as needed. Assist in the development of award submittals Assist with the planning and coordination of special events, e.g., trade shows, career fairs, industry events, conferences and company events Maintain marketing process documentation ensuring accuracy Position Requirements
Associates or bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant discipline required 3-5 years of experience providing marketing support in the A/E/C industry, strongly preferred Proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Publisher), required. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator), required. Proven skills for design, imagery, info-graphics, and other graphic design elements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works cooperatively with others, actively listens, and is reliable in meeting commitments to the team. Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time in a fast-pace environment; conveys a proactive desire to manage and complete one's own work tasks. Strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to effectively handle competing priorities and tight deadlines Proposal experience is a plus.
