Location: In‑office in Bedford Park, IL (15 minutes from Midway) • Reports to: CEO • Industry: B2B Commercial & Industrial LED Lighting. About Litetronics Litetronics is a 50‑year innovator in commercial & industrial LED lighting. Our Pro Series combines field‑selectable wattage/CCT and 120–480V drivers to simplify design, inventory, and installation across schools, warehouses, municipalities, and outdoor spaces. We’re scaling our next‑gen growth engine and need a data‑driven marketing leader to build, measure, and accelerate demand. The Role (Digital‑First)
Own revenue‑centric marketing across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and channel co‑marketing. Blend strategy with hands‑on execution, prove impact with clear attribution, and equip independent reps, distributors, ESCOs, and specifiers with high‑leverage digital programs. What You’ll Do
Demand Gen & Performance: Plan/run SEM, paid social, and retargeting; set CPL/CPA/ROAS targets; launch always‑on and product campaigns. Website, SEO & CRO: Own WordPress converting to Shopify performance and conversion; technical SEO, content hub, landing pages, A/B testing, form flows, and site speed. Lifecycle & CRM: Build journeys with marketing automation (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pardot/Marketo); lead scoring, nurture, re‑engagement, and deliverability. Product Launches & Content: GTM plans, messaging, spec sheets, use‑case content; webinars, trade shows; enable territories with digital kits. MarTech & Data: Own the stack (WordPress, CRM/MA, analytics, call tracking, chat); enforce UTM/taxonomy standards, data hygiene, and consent/compliance. Team & Partners: Stand up a small internal pod over time; lead agencies/freelancers with SLA‑level accountability. What You’ll Measure (KPIs)
MQL/SQL volume, acceptance rate, velocity CPL/CPA/ROAS by channel; website CVR; cost per meeting/opportunity Email health (deliverability, CTR), webinar attendance → opportunity rate What You Bring
7–12 years in B2B demand gen/performance marketing; channel experience (reps, distributors, ESCOs) strongly preferred. Hands‑on mastery in at least three: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot/Salesforce/Pardot/Marketo, WordPress, Looker Studio/Power BI, A/B testing tools. Proven track record building measurable pipeline for complex/considered purchases; strong copy and data storytelling. Lighting/building tech/electrical product background is a plus.
