Director, Marketing Operations

to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive operational excellence across our portfolio of shopping centers. This role blends data-driven strategy, project leadership, and cross-functional execution, supporting both local marketing efforts and alignment with our Paris headquarters.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex marketing projects—managing timelines, budgets, files, and scheduled deliverables.

Guide center teams through 1:1 strategy sessions, track performance against OKRs, and ensure each initiative is aligned with business goals.

Craft compelling presentations, reports, and executive summaries for senior leadership.

Align Corporate Marketing priorities and team deliverables with company ROI goals.

Partner with Paris-based leadership to ensure global marketing objectives are reflected in U.S. execution.

Lead end-to-end project management for corporate and center-wide marketing initiatives—from scoping and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.

Manage RFPs, vendor contracts, invoicing, and lifecycle documentation and tracking.

Define project deliverables, success metrics, and timelines for both local and global campaigns.

Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure strategic alignment with center teams.

Facilitate 1:1 strategy sessions with center teams to support execution and performance tracking.

Oversee cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Manage the Customer & Content Strategy (CCS) schedule, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.

Support quarterly CCS reviews with the SVP of Shopping Center Management and VP of Marketing, adjusting timelines and strategy based on performance data and market trends.

Continuously optimize CCS initiatives through performance analysis, strategic recalibration, and transparent communication.

Data Analysis, KPI Development & ROI Reporting

Establish and refine KPIs across campaigns (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion, tenant satisfaction).

Conduct quarterly performance reviews and ROI analyses, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Leverage data to inform strategy and enhance future marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

Partner with internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.

Serve as a strategic liaison between U.S. marketing operations and global leadership in Paris.

Organize and manage global marketing projects, timelines, and documentation.

Leadership & Team Development

Support team performance management, career development, and daily operations.

Manage marketing budgets and forecasts with financial discipline and strategic foresight.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or related field.

7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, project management, or retail marketing.

Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—able to craft compelling presentations and reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Teams).

Background in retail, shopping centers, or commercial real estate preferred.

Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as needed.

Compensation Exempt / $130,000-$160,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
