Responsibilities The Retail Bank Marketing team is growing to offer VIP marketing experiences to consumers, and the Marketing Technology that fuels these experiences is critical to get right. The Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Marketing Audience Products team drives this marketing destination state. This is a highly collaborative and data-focused role, where you will directly manage a core team of product managers to shape the retail bank marketing technology roadmap and define audience capabilities that can be scaled across marketing campaigns. Collaborating with data analysts, software engineers, data scientists, operations, and business strategists will inform this role’s perspective in transforming the audience platforms that marketing teams use daily.

Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Compensation
McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Wilmington, DE: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
