Monogram Health is seeking a
Sr. Director, Digital Marketing
to lead and execute marketing efforts in a high-growth healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who can develop and implement strategic initiatives while also rolling up their sleeves to execute day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating as both a strategist and a doer, ensuring that Monogram’s marketing efforts increase patient enrollment, enhance provider partnerships, and drive business growth. Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of a data-driven marketing strategy that supports patient enrollment and provider engagement, aligning marketing efforts with Monogram’s business priorities and growth objectives. Patient & Provider-Focused Content and Messaging: Develop and refine Monogram’s messaging to effectively communicate the value of our in-home care model to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers (physicians, nephrologists, and clinicians). Patient Engagement and Education Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that improve patient awareness, activation, and engagement in Monogram’s services, ensuring messages are accessible and easy to understand. Provider Marketing and Referral Growth: Develop marketing strategies that strengthen relationships with provider partners, communicate Monogram’s value to their patients, and encourage provider referrals. Digital and Traditional Marketing Execution: Oversee and contribute to the execution of patient- and provider-facing digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, direct mail, and sales enablement materials. Marketing Operations and Process Optimization: Establish and maintain efficient workflows, campaign management processes, and performance tracking to ensure marketing efforts are both effective and scalable. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams, patient outreach teams, and provider relations to align marketing initiatives with care delivery and patient onboarding processes. Agency and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to support marketing efforts. Budget Management and ROI Tracking: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track performance metrics, and optimize spend for maximum impact. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or greater in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. Master’s degree is preferred Minimum of 7 years marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Healthcare experience strongly preferred, particularly in patient engagement, provider marketing, or high growth healthcare organizations. Strong background in consumer engagement, digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation. Ability to write and edit marketing content (email campaigns, website copy, patient and provider collateral, etc.). Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Collaborative and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Benefits
