Design Luxury Living – Timeline Design+Build is seeking a talented Interior Designer to lead and coordinate high-end residential design projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will partner with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring all design elements are fully developed before construction begins. You will balance creativity with technical expertise in Revit, guide design teams, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to deliver exceptional spaces. This position is ideal for a confident, detail-driven designer with strong building code knowledge, space planning skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to define goals, requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
Lead and coordinate design teams, integrating interior design with architectural and construction plans.
Apply space planning expertise and building code knowledge to create functional, beautiful interiors.
Produce and present drawings, sketches, models, and materials to communicate design concepts.
Use Revit to finalize design plans, ensuring selections, materials, and furnishings are accurately illustrated.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Oversee installation of design elements, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
Maintain documentation in Fohlio, tracking all selections and materials.
Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and best practices, sourcing from top trade partners.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in high-end residential interior design.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Revit.
Strong knowledge of building codes, planning processes, and interior construction techniques.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and space planning abilities.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and high net-worth clients.
