Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.

Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

1 year of experience leading design projects.

Experience with consumer, AI-aware, or productivity-focused applications.

Experience animating work in Figma, Principle, or similar.

As a Visual Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process, from initial exploration of ambitious ideas to the creation of detailed, user-centered solutions and final specifications.

Produce a range of design deliverables, including storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual specifications.

Build strong partnerships with Product Management and Engineering teams to define a user-centered product outlook and align on a clear, iterative roadmap.

Use a combination of user research, analytics, subject matter expertise, and design intuition to inform and guide your design decisions.

Play an active role in fostering a creative and supportive UX culture, regularly providing and receiving critical feedback to drive design excellence.
