Following the acquisition of CAA, Meta Tactical is expanding its marketing efforts. We’re seeking a results-driven and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, calendar, and execution across both brands. This role will lead a Marketing Manager and collaborate with internal teams and partners to build and execute integrated campaigns that drive growth. Responsibilities

Own and manage the marketing calendar across both brands, including campaign planning and execution.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across email, social media, influencer partnerships, paid campaigns, and website optimization.

Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, providing clear direction and ensuring projects are executed on time and at a high standard.

Oversee Klaviyo email marketing, including campaign creation, automation flows, segmentation, and performance optimization.

Analyze performance metrics across campaigns (email, social, paid, website), delivering actionable insights and optimizations.

Drive website content optimization using WooCommerce and SEO best practices to improve traffic, conversion rates and user experience.

Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and brand ambassador relationships.

Plan and coordinate content creation—including influencer briefs, internal shoots, and third-party production.

Manage partnerships with freelance designers, videographers, and media outlets.

Collaborate with leadership on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and major promotional events.

Support brand visibility through trade shows, media coverage, and distribution partner marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

3–5+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience with direct-to-consumer brands.

Proven experience with Klaviyo email marketing (flows, segmentation, analytics).

Strong understanding of marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms for site updates and product optimization.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing copy.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Comfortable working with tools such as Canva, Google Suite, and social platforms.

Knowledge of (or strong interest in) the firearms/tactical industry is a plus.

Occasional travel to industry trade shows (e.g., SHOT Show, NRA Show).

Willingness to work out of a no-frills manufacturing facility where our products are made—this isn’t a flashy office job.
