No sponsorship available The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy for the WMS software product, ensuring a successful launch and promotion, and maximizing customer engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the Warehouse Management space, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a proven track record in product marketing fundamentals. Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy: develop and execute go-to-market strategy Positioning and Messaging: define software positioning and value propositions Market Research: conduct market research to understand customer personas, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to shape positioning, product strategy, and pricing Pricing: conduct pricing analysis and modeling for all product lines to ensure optimal margins Sales Enablement: equip sales and marketing teams with tools, training, and information needed to effectively sell and promote products, including demo scripts, case studies, battle cards, and other resources Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in market analysis, synthesis, and making recommendations on product, pricing, placement/distribution model, and promotion in the target market 5+ years of experience in the WMS space Well-versed in pricing analysis and modeling Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at simplifying complex data for diverse audiences Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize strategies accordingly Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams Equal Opportunity
