Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and markets. This role involves coordinating events, managing digital and print content, supporting tenant engagement, and executing brand-aligned communications that enhance our client's reputation as a leader in commercial real estate. Role is Monday–Friday, on-site. Base pay range

$57,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr This range is provided by MJ Morgan Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities

Help coordinate and staff hospitality and marketing events Draft industry award submissions Work directly with tenants and vendors to fulfill signage orders Draft and post content for company intranet Update office building interactive directories In-house production of leasing collateral materials Upload information and images to company websites Coordinate professional membership renewals and sponsorships Draft and send tenant eblasts Serve as on-call staff member to send after-hours emergency alerts to tenants Draft and post social media content Support Merritt’s office building app, Merge by Merritt, by drafting content, developing programming, and managing conference room reservations Manage media subscriptions Upload, tag and catalog professional photos to company photo library Create and manage media deadline calendar notices Assist with promo item orders and inventory Other duties as assigned Regular attendance required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field Ability to work individually on self-driven projects Strong organization, prioritization, analytical and time management skills Ability to be flexible as projects and/or priorities change Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and/or Hubspot a plus Experience with corporate social media and email marketing a plus Seniority level
