The NMJ Representative is responsible for onboarding new members into the NMJ program, including scheduling an NMJ welcome call, selling and setting dates for an NMJ vacation, and providing take-home collateral. Provide a warm welcome and build confidence and trust in the new member by providing NMJ collateral. Schedule a 14-day welcome call. Sell an NMJ vacation and collect $49. Schedule NMJ vacation dates within 31-120 days. Provide each member with collateral outlining the welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations, and review online access timeframe. Enter required information into the relevant systems and ensure accurate data entry. Provide a seamless handoff to the Quality Assurance team. If applicable, call members to offer an NMJ vacation package. Provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests. Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Schedule details: The Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday starts at 9:30am and ends when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. You will be assigned a 5-day working schedule following training, based on business needs. Qualifications
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet all compensation plan goals. Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking). High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent and confident communication skills. Basic vacation ownership product knowledge. System knowledge with Voice and Clarity. Preferred qualifications
Previous experience in the sale or marketing of branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products. Seniority level
