Overview

As the Associate Marketing Manager for growth – your focus will be on ensuring that qBotica’s products and solutions are the services of choice for mid to large enterprises. This is a growth area for qBotica with executive exposure and cross-company focus and support. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and the leadership team indirectly. In this role, you are passionate about understanding your audience(s) deeply and construct relevant value propositions, marketing programs, content execution and go-to-market strategies tailored to these buyers. You will also work directly with our partners and teams to effectively ensure marketing objectives and goals are executed. What We Are Looking For

What You Will Do

Master the market for Automation Products through sales engagement, market research and competitive intelligence. Develop perfect empathy for buyers and influencers, know how they buy and their buying criteria. Know their pain points and value drivers. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates qBotica’s Automation Services and Solutions and can be scaled globally. Collaborate with PR, social, and demand generation to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand across all outlets. Develop a differentiating demo of our solutions, working with Product Engineering, Product Management, and Development. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to define go-to-market approach and drive execution in collaboration with the entire organization. Develop and Work closely with the Demand Generation team to develop campaigns that drive pipeline. Collaborate with the product management team to launch new products. Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to develop content to drive demand in the market (solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, third party articles, etc.) Enable customer-facing teams with solution field kits (pitch decks, objection handling, demos, competitive battlecards, etc..) to accelerate sales Grow, Develop, Manage and Execute with the on shore and offshore Digital Marketing Teams on social media and content development and execution. Experience

Minimum Bachelor level in Marketing or relevant field 4+ years’ work experience in Marketing or as a Product Manager Expert on preparing and delivering effective slide presentations Experience with digital tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Email/Marketing Automation tools Experience on digital marketing with a focus on lead generation as well as experience creating and optimizing web, email and digital marketing strategies with a strong efficiency with Hubspot Marketing Software platform. Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization Ability to set and prioritize goals Strategic software or technology marketing experience preferred. Highly organized, collaborative work style and strong project management skills are essential Must have the ability to simultaneously manage a high volume of projects and priorities with varying timelines High level of productivity and efficiency with strong attention to detail Ability to analyze data, develop new ideas and test new programs to drive sales Strong written and verbal communication ability, with a passion for presenting and influencing others Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software applications Industry experience (Automation, Technology, Software, etc. or B2B innovation is a strong plus) For you
