Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead product innovation and go-to-market initiatives. This role is ideal for a beauty industry professional who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, brand storytelling, and cross-functional leadership that is consumer insight driven and has deep category knowledge. S/he will collaborate closely with the Director, Brand & Product Marketing and SVP, Global Brand Marketing & Communications to assist in the development and execution of product and brand strategies, campaigns, and new product launches.
Candidates should be enthusiastic about what we do, energetic, highly organized, great problem solvers, and initiative-takers. This role will report to the Director of Brand & Product Marketing and is a hybrid in-office role, based in New York City, with 2 days of remote work per week.
Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Partner with the SVP and Director on brand strategy, content planning, and campaign development—in particular, owning the creation of campaign decks and toolkits to guide cross-functional execution across Sales, Email, Brand.com, Social, Education, Paid Media, Visual Merchandising, and Creative.
Translate consumer insights, trend analysis, and category intelligence into product and campaign strategies that drive brand differentiation, innovation, and growth.
Lead the end-to-end product development process in collaboration with R&D, Product Development, Regulatory, and Creative—in particular, owning the creation of formula and packaging briefs.
Contribute to the long-term innovation roadmap and brand-building efforts by synthesizing market trends, business performance, and competitive landscape into strategic recommendations.
Monitor KPIs across product launches and marketing campaigns; analyze performance and optimize strategy to drive ROI and business impact.
Lead the planning and facilitation of key cross-functional meetings, including product launch readiness and campaign strategy sessions.
Oversee review and approval of packaging and collateral artwork, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related subjects.
5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, with a focus on beauty and luxury skincare.
Skill Sets
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
