Overview
CMB Regional Centers (CMB) and NHK Capital Partners (NHK) are seeking a full-time
Performance Marketing Manager
to lead lead generation and a full-funnel strategy across paid media, organic search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), analytics, analog channels, and website performance. This role blends creative thinking with analytical rigor and requires expertise in traditional paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic) and emerging platforms such as generative search interfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).
The individual will oversee day-to-day campaign execution and optimization and performance reporting while collaborating with the broader marketing team, investor relations and support teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with CMB Regional Centers and NHK Capital Partners brand and marketing goals. This role is onsite in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & SEM
Develop and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and display campaigns for lead generation and retargeting.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creative and landing pages for maximum return on investment.
Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting across all paid channels.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Collaborate with broader marketing team to ensure content and project information is structured and surfaced effectively in generative search results.
Stay current on best practices for searching in platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered engines.
Ensure schema, metadata, and structured content align with generative search best practices.
Campaign Execution and Intake
Own the marketing request/brief intake process, including documentation and project setup in tracking tool.
Maintain campaign schedules, organize timelines/milestone checkpoints, and run daily team status calls.
Coordinate across content and creative teams to ensure on-time delivery and readiness for deployment.
Website
Partner with broader marketing team and third-party developers to test and optimize page layouts, load times, and UX.
Monitor site analytics to identify opportunities for increased engagement and conversion.
Channel Management & Audience Strategy
Build and manage audience segmentation across CRM (custom-built, proprietary) and email distribution platform (Constant Contact).
Oversee channel readiness and message deployment across email, web, and all outbound communications.
Develop list logic, tagging strategies, and CRM workflows to support investor lifecycle marketing.
Support the development of basic attribution models that connect marketing touchpoints to investor activity and conversions.
Partner with investor relations to improve visibility into lead origination, campaign touchpoints, and conversion pipelines, and to map marketing influence throughout the investor journey.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Develop and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports for campaign performance, engagement, and conversion.
Track email metrics, site traffic, lead activity, and social performance in coordination with the broader team.
Analyze campaign outcomes and synthesize actionable insights from the data at marketing-team- and executive-level altitudes.
Generate and present monthly campaign and channel performance reports with actionable recommendations, helping shape budget allocations and inform strategic planning.
Tools, Systems & Processes
Maintain operational backbone of the marketing team, including the project tracking tool (Monday), CRM campaign workflows, and email platform structure.
Collaborate on documentation, tool, and process improvements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven expertise managing SEM and paid social.
Experience managing CRM data, list segmentation, and multi-channel campaign delivery.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and emerging trends in generative search.
Understanding of basic attribution concepts and ability to apply them to investor lifecycle marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to inform strategy optimization.
Collaborative and comfortable operating in a highly visible leadership role within a cross-functional, multi-brand marketing team.
Travel required 10% or less
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
5-7 years working in a marketing operations, campaign execution or digital marketing capacity.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with EB-5, investor marketing, private equity, or real estate finance.
Experience utilizing proprietary CRMs.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, schema markup, and SEO plug-ins
Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, or similar), CMS platforms (WordPress), and custom CRM environments.
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Basecamp) and analytics platforms.
Physical Requirements Must be able to routinely lift 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds. Frequent sitting with some walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping and climbing will occur. Use of hands to reach and feel. Reads, writes, speaks and hears.
Location Dallas, TX. Onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
