Overview This is a pivotal leadership position at barre3, where you'll drive the success of our six company owned studios. Your main mission is to develop and execute strategies that directly impact revenue and profit. You'll lead all aspects of studio operations, from performance and staffing, to sales, marketing, and fostering a strong team culture. Your role will be key in piloting new initiatives and scaling successful practices across the barre3 system, all while ensuring an exceptional client experience and upholding our brand standards.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Accountability: Develop and execute high-impact growth strategies. Accountable for achieving revenue and profitability targets across all company owned studios

Operational Excellence: Oversee all studio operations, ensuring top-tier performance, optimized staffing, and seamless, consistent execution. This includes executing plans for sales, marketing, and training that directly boost revenue and client satisfaction

Innovation & Scaling: Partner with the Home Office to pilot new initiatives and transform successful concepts into scalable practices across the entire barre3 system.

Performance Leadership: Dive deep into the data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and implement immediate, effective corrective actions to hit targets. This means constantly optimizing class schedules, analyzing retail performance, and driving lead acquisition and membership conversions

Team Development & Culture: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Studio Leaders. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all locations. Ensure teams are set up for success with optimal staffing and ongoing training

Brand & Client Experience: Uphold the barre3 brand standards and ensure an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints. Own the client communication strategy and make sure our operational policies are clear and consistent

Visibility & Collaboration: Be the bridge between company studios and the Home Office. Provide critical feedback to enhance company-wide sales, marketing, and operational initiatives. Conduct regular studio visits to coach, develop, and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

Position Location: Must reside in the Portland Metro Region

Proven Multi-Site Leadership: 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies across multiple fitness or retail locations.

Highly Accountable & Results-Driven: You take ownership, set ambitious goals, and consistently deliver

Innovative Thinker: Experience with piloting new initiatives in a "test and learn" environment.

Comfort with Ambiguity: You can navigate complex and evolving situations, making sound decisions even when all the information isn't readily available

Exceptional Communicator: Stellar listening, verbal, and written communication skills are non-negotiable

Leadership & Motivation: A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams to achieve outstanding business outcomes

Strategic & Analytical: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Independent Yet Collaborative: Capable of working independently while building strong, cross-functional relationships
