Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to support our North America Beauty Business for International.
Key responsibilities
Lead and execute marketing and media plans for Beauty brands, including campaign planning, influencer programs, and social-first content delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies for campaign briefs, content creation, and external partnerships.
Support POS and in-store execution, including visual asset development and retailer-specific activations (e.g., Walmart displays).
Monitor campaign performance, gather insights (e.g., ROAS, UGC), and report to senior stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in social media, digital content or influencer marketing (preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestyle).
Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social trends.
Comfortable working with creative teams, agencies and content creators.
Strong eye for visual storytelling, reels, textures, and elevated aesthetic.
Experience in a startup-style or high-growth brand is a bonus.
Ability to work with agencies independently and hold them accountable.
Independent worker with the ability to run workstreams end-to-end.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies for campaign execution and content creation.
Competence in monitoring campaign performance, gathering insights, and reporting to stakeholders.
