Your Role Treasure Data is the Intelligent Customer Data Platform (CDP) built for enterprise scale and powered by AI. Treasure Data empowers the world’s largest and most innovative companies to deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences at scale that increase revenue, reduce costs, and build trust. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between our product strategy, the analyst community (e.g., Forrester, Gartner, IDC), and our user base. This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires a blend of communication skills, product knowledge, and community-building expertise. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key industry analysts, and with our users via our community and product documentation. Responsibilities & Duties
Analyst Relations
Manage and execute our analyst relations program, in collaboration with the Product Marketing team.
Scheduling time and managing relationships with key industry analysts, bringing the right Treasure Data team members in to brief them.
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for analyst inquiries, reports, and briefings.
Ensure analysts have a deep understanding of our value proposition and a strong appreciation for Treasure Data.
Product Documentation Oversight
Collaborate with Training, Product Marketing, and Product teams to maintain clear, user-friendly product documentation.
Leverage generative AI technologies to improve and optimize product-related content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure that all documentation supports customer needs effectively and enhances their overall experience.
Community Management
Partner with Training and Customer Success teams to oversee the daily operations of our online community.
Moderate forums, create engaging content, and coordinate team member involvement to foster meaningful conversations.
Drive community engagement and ensure the platform serves as a valuable resource for us.
Required Qualifications
3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing; experience in data, analytics, or AI markets preferred
Exceptional communication, speaking and storytelling skills; comfortable speaking with executives at key accounts
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Experience with sales enablement and customer-facing content creation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Passion for technology, customer success, and innovation
Knowledge of local marketing best practices
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements Working out of the Mountain View, CA office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
