Overview Power is the easiest way for patients to access promising new studies. We help more patients find treatments, and accelerate the discovery of novel medicine as we go. This role focuses on demand generation and scaling our GTM motions. Power is reaching the point where our product really works. Given this, we’re looking for a demand gen marketer to help us scale our GTM motions.

If we were to zoom in, you’ll likely spend time:

Orchestrating our b2b marketing function.

You’ll come up with and execute marketing / growth initiatives to engage, identify, and capture demand from clinical trial sponsors.

Building automation and growth systems.

We’ll approach demand gen as a compounding system. Once we figure out something’s working, you’ll build the tools, automations, and agents to enable those activities to scale many times over.

Data and analytics.

You’ll obsess with data. Every visitor, email, and interaction will be measured, quantified, and built into an ongoing hypothesis for how to grow faster.

This role will be based in our SF office.

Ideal Qualifications

We don’t believe in strict years of experience but our ideal candidate likely has a few years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

You’ve probably spent time engaging B2B accounts in an ABM motion. You know your way around a CRM data model.

You’re technical enough to build your own automations and run your own analyses. You’re familiar with marketing automation and SQL.

You spend nights and weekends tinkering on agents and side projects because it’s fun. You’re probably already using Cursor.

And you’ve also learned how to duct tape a v1 concept in order to validate an idea (webflow → typeform → zapier → airtable).

A background in pharma R&D or clinical research is a plus but we believe this is learnable.

— we make it easy to search across every trial in North America so patients never feel like they have blind spots

— we apply a healthy amount of data engineering and empathy to the reams of unstructured medical data on clinical trials to simplify things for patients who are evaluating potential trials

Connected

— we help patients proactively reach out to researchers directly and researchers love connecting with motivated patients
