Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Visual Creative Coordinator
to support our creative production team. This role is essential in managing administrative, logistical, and hands-on support tasks to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable handling a variety of small but critical operational duties.
Responsibilities
Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, glam team, and other staff to ensure project efficiency
Support project logistics by managing all the payment and archiving processes
Handle wardrobe and glam logistics from purchases, returns, and equipment rentals to on-set prep (steaming, pinning, organizing)
Shoot and fitting related admins/operations/logistics support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Handle varying schedules and project demands
Able and willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
Qualifications
Experience in creative production, fashion, music industry, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Familiarity with wardrobe and styling logistics
Working environment
Minimum commitment of 3 days per week onsite at locations such as the Santa Monica office, studios, and shoots
Physically active role involving lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and wardrobe
Fast-paced and dynamic production environment requiring adaptability and teamwork
Frequent domestic and international travels
