Job Title: Head of Creative
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Location: Hybrid (based in Miami, FL 33186)
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Creative to lead our creative team in developing and executing compelling marketing strategies. This role is responsible for defining, executing, and maintaining the visual expression of the brand across all digital and physical touchpoints. It combines strategic thinking with creative vision, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager who can direct, inspire, and oversee all design tasks and workflows across a team of Graphic Designers.
Responsibilities
Champion and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring all creative work aligns with its values and positioning
Partner closely with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to develop 360° seasonal campaigns—including concepting, storyboarding, and executing visual narratives across digital, social, retail, and print
Conceptualize and produce high-impact marketing campaigns in collaboration with the broader team
Lead the direction and execution of all photoshoots—campaign, e-commerce, and third-party—ensuring alignment with brand identity
Provide creative direction for branded videos, behind-the-scenes content, and social-first motion assets
Lead the design and execution of daily and strategic marketing email campaigns
Guide the creative direction for social media content
Oversee regular website updates, including homepage refreshes and the creation of special landing pages
Manage all e-commerce imagery across the brand’s website, third-party platforms, and internal archives (image curation, retouching, formatting, and uploading)
Develop and oversee digital advertising assets across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and paid media partners
Design and produce print marketing and packaging materials as needed
Concept and design specialty branding elements, including custom logos
Create and maintain linesheets, CADs, and other sales support collateral
Lead the development of store and tradeshow graphics, signage, and environmental design
Provide visual assets and direction for B2B and wholesale support tools, including showroom decks and seasonal presentations
Mentor and manage the Graphic Design team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment
Identify and resolve design workflow challenges to improve team efficiency
Support internal creative initiatives and cross-functional marketing projects
Source and collaborate with external vendors for marketing materials, packaging, and shoot production
Stay informed on industry trends, visual innovations, and the competitive landscape to keep the brand creatively relevant
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns
Proficiency in HTML, WordPress, e-commerce platforms, and marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and analytics
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire creativity and collaboration within a team
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and ROI effectively
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required
