We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Vice President of Marketing

to lead our B2B brand strategies at Five Star Franchising. This executive role will report to the President/CXO and will oversee both B2B brands within our portfolio (Bio-One and 1-800-Packouts). The VP of Marketing will play a critical role in driving brand growth and equity, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement 360-degree comprehensive marketing strategies for all brands at the national level and the local franchisee level. Provide visionary leadership in branding, positioning, and market differentiation. Align marketing strategies with the overall business goals and customer experience objectives. Brand Management And Development: Oversee the brand identity, messaging, and positioning for each brand. Identify and deploy methods for capturing data and accurately displaying it for all stakeholders. Work with brand leadership and franchisees to develop rich EEAT content, owner/team content, messaging, media, websites, mailers, and other marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Identify opportunities for brand growth and market expansion. Team Leadership And Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the Brand Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, and Marketing Specialists for each brand. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven marketing team culture. Ensure clear communication and alignment of marketing objectives across the brands. Support franchisee marketing processes and tactics to ensure execution and improvement in process (franchisee onboarding, franchisee coaching, franchisee communications, etc.). Marketing Execution And Innovation: Develop and enhance the brand marketing playbooks for each brand for franchisee execution. Direct the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and within budget. Leverage data and analytics to inform marketing decisions, bring stakeholders along, and measure campaign effectiveness. Stay abreast of marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to move the brands and franchisees ahead of the curve. Customer Experience And Engagement: Conduct thorough research, discoveries, and analysis to develop target customer personas and establish positioning and messaging. Work closely with brand presidents and franchisee partners to educate and communicate strategies, challenges, and opportunities within the brands. Budget Management And ROI Optimization: Collaborate with President/CXO and brand executives to manage brand fund marketing budgets and initiatives; allocate resources for maximum ROI. Develop and report monthly on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Experience in franchisor marketing; preferred Experience in B2B marketing; required Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of current marketing tools, trends, and techniques. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
