We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support US-focused marketing activities related to Maxx Orthopedics’ product portfolio and key product features, from the ideation to commercialization. This role will support marketing strategies on brand awareness, digital marketing, social media, content development, inbound/outbound marketing, etc. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for but not limited to supporting sales training, medical education, tradeshows, and core marketing initiatives that drive company growth and improve overall customer experience. This role will support brand awareness efforts and assist with developing value propositions, procedure/product-level messaging & positioning required for marketing collaterals, products, and services. You will also learn technical information related to knee and hip arthroplasty. Responsibilities

Assists with product planning, delivery, and marketing efforts throughout product lifecycle. Supports content creation activities and overall management across multiple platforms. Participates in planning and execution of trade shows, conventions, and related customer engagement events. Assist with marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, digital marketing, social media, content development, inbound/outbound marketing. Participate in the development of value propositions, procedure/product-level messaging & positioning. Willing to learn new tools that support the development and distribution of marketing collaterals, branded materials and other promotional content. Supports forecasting and demand planning; prepares and presents reports summarizing information. Assists with creation of video content for use in sales training, medical education, and other marketing events. Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential customers, including third party vendors. Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, engineering or related field. 0-3 years of related experience in engineering, marketing, business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred. Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Demands
