Responsibilities
Lead strategy development and execution for one or more brand pillars.
Responsible for building brand and product pipeline for one or more brand pillars, including managing timelines and cross-functional stakeholders across all stages of innovation process.
Continuously mine consumer, culture, and category insights that help guide breakthrough ideas.
Support stakeholder alignments for one or more brand pillars, including summarizing relevant data, building clear and concise business and consumer cases, and interfacing with senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional team, creating and inspiring a culture of collaboration and thought-partnership across multiple teams (e.g., Culinary, Operations, Insights, Marketing Communications, Marketing Execution, Marketing Analytics) to bring projects from idea to launch.
Craft compelling narratives for agency creative briefing for any new launches/activations.
Qualifications
University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or commensurate work experience
5+ Years of work experience in CPG, Retail, QSR, or related field
Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity
Exceptional analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
Advanced skill level using Excel and PowerPoint
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with diverse points-of-view from several stakeholders
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Love of food and passion for Food & Beverage industry preferred
