The Marketing Innovations Team at Agoda identifies and develops new marketing channels with high growth potential. This department is creative, data-driven, and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs to ensure Agoda’s leadership in new and emerging channels. The team blends analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists, with leadership that has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields. The Marketing Innovations Team fosters a great learning environment where you can learn and grow by collaborating with experts from diverse backgrounds. In this role, you’ll get to

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels. Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights. Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth. Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL, Tableau, and other tools. Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management. What you’ll need to succeed

Extensive experience: 5–7 years in a Data Analyst position or in projects involving big data, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance is a plus. Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficient in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel; experience with business intelligence tools and data warehouses. Innovative problem-solving: Ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion; resourceful and capable of navigating the organization to gather information and implement solutions. Strong communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication, with the ability to create impactful and visually appealing presentations. Stakeholder management: Ability to influence and persuade with senior management and other stakeholders; strong commercial acumen. Nice to have

Experience in digital or social media marketing. Experience in hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. Equal Opportunity Employer
