- Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs and provide purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
Responsibilities
Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers and welcome them to the store.
Assess kitchen and/or bath project needs and provide showroom tours.
Set up customers for kitchen and/or bath measures.
Meet with customers to review room designs and provide purchasing recommendations.
Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
