We are seeking an ambitious and analytically minded

Digital Marketing Coordinator

to support our digital marketing and lead generation initiatives. This hybrid position is in our Houston office (Galleria area). Reports to: SVP, Marketing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional Marketing and IT teams to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role offers exposure to digital channels, analytics, marketing automation tools, and strategic campaign development. Key Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams to develop digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and display channels. Help manage day-to-day digital marketing operations including social media content, copywriting, creative coordination, and asset trafficking. Ensure campaigns launch on time and meet brand guidelines. Update and maintain landing pages, website content, and digital assets using CMS tools. Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, metadata optimization, and content coordination. Assist in drafting and scheduling email/SMS campaigns through platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce. Own lead tracking and integration with Lead Forensics, Zoominfo, and Salesforce across marketing channels. Track and report on campaign KPIs such as clicks, conversions, CPC and engagement metrics. Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to create performance dashboards. Design A/B tests and performance audits to support iterative improvements. Coordinate with Sales, HR and IT teams to align marketing tactics and external outreach with business goals. Support lifecycle marketing programs that increase customer retention and re-engagement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or service-based environment. Working knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, Google Ads, HubSpot, and CMS tools like WordPress. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and improve campaign performance. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Equal Opportunity Employer
