Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with proven hospitality experience to lead hotel projects from concept through installation. The ideal candidate excels at selecting materials, specifying FF&E, and delivering functional, visually compelling spaces that align with brand standards.
Responsibilities
Lead interior design for new construction and renovation projects.
Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suited to hospitality settings.
Prepare FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and construction documents.
Ensure design quality, budget alignment, and brand compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Interior Design or related field.
6+ years of experience, with strong background in hospitality design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit a plus.
Deep knowledge of hotel brand standards and FF&E.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
